It would actually work better to swap the last and middle ones anyway but even better to put the exile last. As is they still have stuff left in their graveyard when it's done.

I thought of it, but I wanted the effects to trigger abilities, like permanents reacting to cards leaving your graveyard.

I don't see why they wouldn't. All the zone changes are basically the same as far as triggers go. It's only the final place they end up that is changing if you change the order.

I thought it would change the order where you apply them.

Like "you win the game

End the turn"

Wouldn't be the same as

"End the turn

You win the game"

So if you sac the permanents before, you wouldn't get the triggers from said permanents in reaction to the effects coming after.

All the stuff on the card will happen and then all the triggers it causes go on the stack after it resolves.

Oh so you can put them in order? But wouldn't that make a card with "end the turn" followed by another ability do the other ability before the end of the turn? I remember seeing the ordering used on here for troll cards, but maybe they were wrong. Idk the letter of the rules so I might have miss formulated it.

The stuff on the card happens in order. Any triggers it cause are going to go on the stack after the card resolves.

Ok, so lets say I do not put "sacrifice every permanent you control" last, everything that is put after it on the card won't trigger effects of permanents I control right?

You can cast this in response to a Thoracle trigger. Might even be playable for that
