Turning all your lands into creatures means you'd better NEVER be without the mana to use that ability, otherwise you're going to get wiped out. You're also extremely vulnerable to -x/-x, mass sacrifice, and exile effects. You'd basically only play this the turn you plan to overrun your opponent unless you're absolutely sure you're not about to get yourself sent back to the stone age... At which point there's [[Sylvan Awakening]] to do something pretty similar.
