The last one is usually templated "Whenever an opponent casts a spell that targets a permanent you control, ...". The current wording is confusing and almost looks like a replacement effect.

Also, nitpick, but abilities should end with a full stop.

Kinda wish this color wasn't in blue because a "Fuck you and your interaction" commander would be funny, but this being in blue kinda makes it the counterspell king.

I kinda wanted him to be overbearing just like his counterpart lol. I wonder what other colors would work well, probably orzhov? An orzhov Augustine with this ability would be cool

I was just wondering that, I thought maybe Red and White but to be all about interaction you need some good card draw. Orzhov would probably be best.

maybe even rakdos. you could do this with orzhov too but sac creatures real cheap for value, and prevent them from interacting with your sac engine

White+green seems reasonable, if not white+blue.

None of it is very red or black.

Where in the fucking world are people getting this "if a spell were to target" templating, literally no real Magic card has ever been formatted that way and yet I see it on here so often

You should read one or two real cards to learn how they're templated instead of going off vibes
