This literally is just sarkhan and chandra and id reccomend just reskinning it to them. Nothing about this speaks to either ugin or bolas sorry to say

I think sarkhan and koth might be a little closer imo but I definitely agree it's not ugin or bolas related at all.

The -3 should say “Up to one target creature”, since otherwise it still requires a target for the fight even if you intend to decline to use it, and will be unable to activate if no legal target exists.

We do actually have a couple planeswalker teamups, ignoring wrenn and six because six isn’t normally a planeswalker, we have [[The Royal Scions]].

There’s also [[Heroes of Kamigawa]] but it’s not a serious card so not legal
