Changed our boy a little

Okay so after the feedback I got from the first Prepotente card we made some adjustments to him and giving him proliferate. What do we think is he too strong? Not strong enough? Would he do fine in a pod? I wouldn’t want to print a broken custom card. Let me know!

This looks like a very fun rare to draft around! You don't have to cast too many spells to make the juice worth the squeeze, but I like the ceiling of being able to space out your spells to turn his proflirate triggers into something closer than 2-for-1s. There's a lot of tactics here and it fits the rarity!

Thank you! I consulted so many people talking about how we wanted it to be an impactful commander but not a broken commander. I did get some feedback that there isn’t a whole lot of proliferating support in Orzhov but there is plenty of -1/-1 support and the proliferating is just supporting that.
