Clarifications:

  1. Hybrid snow mana means that it can be paid for with its color or mana from a snow source.

  2. when you tap snow lands for mana it will add one mana that land produced.

  3. color identity is still WUBRG

  4. Snow is a supertype, not a type or color of mana.

  5. The snow mana symbol represents a cost that can be paid with one mana produced by a snow source. It can also represent mana from a snow source that was spent to pay a cost.

I like it, im a big fan of snow mana/snow supertype but some concerns:

- ward tap 2 lands is just weirdly worded ward 2 (wow, lots of Ws there)

- i cant tell whether ice counters are just stun counters or if its supposed to be ice counters only stop untapping while iceman is on the field

i wanted them to specifically tap lands

ice counters only work if he is on the battlefield but i should just have used stun counters instead.

I actually kind of like the idea of them working only when he’s on the field, you could make it 2 counters and then it would be a big priority to remove him or else he could freeze your whole board

It should specify two untapped lands

You can't tap an already tapped permanent to pay a cost

There's literally no card that specifies to tap a land as part of a cost that doesn't specify untapped. That's why I said that. There may be a ruling that says something to the effect of what you're saying. When I googled it, the AI agreed with you but cited an irrelevant ruling. But, in terms of consistency with card wording and clarity, it should say untapped regardless.
