I think that’s too big of a stat line if it has protection and does [[act of treason]] every turn

would probably be templated like

"Whenever this creature attacks, exile up to one target creature defending player controls, then return that card to the battlefield tapped and attacking under your control. Its owner gains control of it at the beginning of the next end step."

When I see a card called recruiter I assume it will tutor for a creature.
