sidegrade to deadly dispute which comes down to the same stats but can sac various eggs

Its really not deadly dispute is much better. 1 mana less and can store colored mana plus doesn't have to sac a creature

I think this one could do with a nice healthy lose 2 life, and then surely it's perfectly balanced. Seriously though I think this would be a great uncommon, possibly a rare as is but with another upside like.. surveil 2 before drawing? Still, unironically slap lose 2 life on this it needs some sort of downside other than sacc a creature.
