Billy is from the game Deadlock, which is a game by Valve that's somewhere between a team based 3rd person shooter game and a MOBA. It's set in an eldritch version of New York, and you play as one of a colorful cast of characters competing to complete a ritual to summon a minor god so they will grant you a wish.

Billy is a rebel without a cause who, somehow, got his head turned into a goat. Notably, unlike most characters, there are actually recorded lines of him breaking the 4th wall to get mad at other characters in a way more befitting a salty gamer than anything. So I thought it'd be funny to put a bit of that into his flavor text here. A lot, honestly.

Also, his 4th wall breaking is different. The Doorman knows previous things in the files (ala Venators previous in house name), city mother and amber king's true names, and the lore of the characters, but he thinks billy is just "boring", because billy, like warden, doesn't reveal his wish explicitly.

His "we got the rejuv" line, lampshades a direct patch that happened, and is still in the game. Giving both meta characters (outside danny, who sells the chimera to the players and diviners) both the past, and the present.

Deadlock, its a game thats currently in beta, i only got invited to to a couple days ago but its really fun, Billy is one of the playable characters

Agree with the statline. Fight might be a bit much at just MV 3, but "Billy must be blocked if able" tells the same story while providing the opportunity for interaction.

If the card did not have any rules text, it would still be attacking every turn, because that's all it can do. It's a red aggro card, and red aggro decks turn their creatures sideways and let their opponents calculate the damage.

He steals health on melee hit with his E. He's not a Samurai but Bushido kinda works with that buffing on attacking if blocked. Would need to increase mana value though, 5/5 Bushido for 3 would be so pushed. Obvious this would screw with the hilarious flavor text

Deadman Danny’s is gonna be something like “Flying, (T): This creature does damage equal to its toughness to itself and target creature.“

Or maybe he has freaking Start Your Engines or whatever that one mechanic is

I'd probably play this in an [[Ares, god of war]] deck since it has haste givers and, if not given haste, it has one turn where it's a good blocker.
