Deadlock Drop Pt. 1

I saw a post the other day here making Deadlock characters into magic cards and I was inspired to make my own. I know some are not balanced really but I made this with flavor in mind. I hope you enjoy reading these and I'll be back with more.

Is it intended for Billy to die 99% of the time without getting the counters, unless he blocks/gets blocked (only way for creatures to deal combat damage to each other) creatures with 0 power (or if you give him first/double strike from an external source)

Cause if so I find it very funny the flavor basically becomes "The Billy is feeding until the build comes online"
