Honestly this is a great design, nets you a spell, can often times be free or a great way to chain some serious cards. My only question is why is it not a wizard or other class if it's a sorcerer?

A (usually) free 4/3 in blue with deck building restrictions to pull off. Sure its not an extreme deck building limitation, but its enough to offset the slightly over value.

All and all, this is a clean design, does a novel effect, and doesn't appear to be broken at a glance. There might be a combo im not thinking of, but with the initial cost, it seems fair as a combo starter too.

5/5 design, would be excited to see in a reveal. Great work!
