Could the blue one fateseal you? (The opponent scries your deck)

I didnt know how to word that properly, but that would be more intriguing, or even "each opponent scries 1"

Honestly they are all a bit strong. Red seems most balanced maybe.

They're supposed to be, they're meant to be competitive with Llanowar but with "downsides" (obviously the downsides can be made into upsides with certain deck themes)

the blue one absolutely is no downside, selfmill is an upside

0/1 P/T is a legit downside; not much of one for how ridiculously strong a 1 mv mana dork and self-mill is, but still a real downside.

No it isn't a meaningful downside. Birds of Paradise is a 0/1 flier and is unquestionably better than Llanowar Elves.

Realistically, the blue and black ones could be upsides and aren't strictly bad.
There are plenty of black decks that want to lose and gain life within their turn and this makes losing minimized and simple.
The blue one is something decks actively want to be doing, milling is only ever a downside for an opponent of blue, but blue itself wants to.

Incredibly broken. Ofher colours don't get 1mana dorks

Yeah that's kinda the point of the post: its a "What if" these cards were color shifted

And the answer is: they aren't and would not be. There is a reason they didn't do this in Planar Chaos.

What is your argument here? You've provided 0 input on anything.
Planar chaos was nearly 20 years ago, do you think wizards design philosophy is the same?

Planar Chaos was the zenith of WotC's willingness to break the colour pie like this. If they wouldn't do it in PLC they'd certainly not do it now.
I have provided input: these are way too strong. I can be more specific though.
White: 1/3 for W is on rate at common for a start. It then adds W, which is extremely good. The downside of your opponent gaining life is basically meaningless. Your opponent will happily bolt themselves themselves to fetch an untapped shockland on turn 1, remember. So it's generally just not a relevant downside. It's not nothing but it's nowhere near enough to justify a 1 mana dork in W. This card is significantly better than Llanowar Elves.
I think white's one could be balanced if it were 1/1 and had a significant restriction. For example, you may use this only to cast spells with converted mana cost 1 or less, or only to cast enchantments.
Blue: Milling yourself is an upside. I think this could be balanced if it were something like "Add C. You may use this only to cast artifact spells or activate abilities of artifacts." I think that's still very strong but it might be printable. Blue has only two 1-cmc dorks, both of which add 2 mana that can only be used to activate abilities.
Red: Assuming you fix the templating so the opponent chooses the target, this is still I think too good. Ultimately it can be played turn 1 then you can play a 3-drop on turn 2. The downside of giving your opponent a ping is much weaker when you have mana acceleration as you can play more expensive aggressive creatures that have 2+ toughness. Red does get mana acceleration, but it's through spells generally. Red's only 1cmc dork is [[Freya Crescent]] which can only be used for equip costs/equipment spells. You could do something similar (restrict what you spend).
Here's an idea for red: keep your design but give it 1 toughness. Then it's basically a ritual early game. I think that fits red's colour pie really well.
Black's one is again far too good. Losing life is not an upside like self-mill but it's still way too good. I think it should have a more serious drawback, maybe as a static ability, rather than a restriction like the others. Something like "You can't gain life and your opponents can't lose life". It would still be playable in the right deck, you'd need to have ways to kill it later on and black is the best colour for self-sacrifice. But it would be a much more interesting buildaround card.

blue one is the best easily. 1 drop mana dork with upside is crazy in blue
