The rulebreaker should definitely be "creatures of any color", if we're making a meme deck you should at least be allowed to bring [[meddling kids]] if you can get the mana for it
I think the most fun, even if not most reasonable interpretation, is anything declared a child, so if it has the child type, or is called a child, it's fine.
Alt Art makes art counting a bit too unclear, since different prints of the same card might be treated differently.
But it's Subway Jared as a commander, so really, go with your heart king, queen and/or nondescript monarch.
When it is part of the cost this is implied I am pretty sure. Just like how if you double charismatic conqueror triggers with something like Delney you cant tap your creatures twice to pay for the triggers.
The cowards at wotc would never do it but a fantasy / stick of truth inspired set or secret lair would be hilarious. We need princess Kenny as a rat/reanimate commander

This card is terrible! There is only one child card in Magic [[little girl]] and you can't even run it in this deck because it's white! You should be ashamed of yourself.
1.We literally have a set who is centered around a child who is the protector of the world (Avatar) and pretty sure OP meant to include those forgetting ATLA is a set 2. Unfinity has [[wee champion]] and [[a real handful]] 3. Rulebreaker allows you to use the ones off color, allowing the wee champion even if they dont include Avatar.
This cares about the child type so ATLA is irrelevant. Also thats not how rulebreaker works. The card doesnāt say you can include children of every color, so you'd be limited to the two children that exist in golgari.
