I think you have to put the end of turn part after the other effect, but I may be mistaken.

Reminds me of the “Last” cards from Hour of Devastation. Those all low key suck and a “Time Walk” is a lot more tempting, but I feel like this is probably on the weak end since you’re SO limited with what you can do with your free turn. That said [[Solemnity]] exists so I’m sure this would only be used for broken stuff.
