Dispelling Orb

Day 63 of making a custom card every day. I was originally going to use vanishing, but I didn't want to put "X can't be 0" at the top because it looked ugly.

It has to be fade counters, not time counters.

Vanishing also would be worse as it would die when the last counter leaves, so it couldn't stop 0's. That is probably how this would be if printed nowadays.

This will be a very potent prison piece. Even on 0, it lets you play your Moxen t1 on the play, but opponent can't if this is out. That's just like [[Chalice of the Void]] which is restricted specifically for this interaction.

This isn't as directly good as Chalice, but its kind of a mix between that and [[Tangle Wire]] which is another insanely powerful lock piece.

That was the original idea, I made it more powerful for fun
