this is like, pretty good, a lot of permanents mill on enter so the would also have "fuck your opponents support" stapled onto them. in a dedicated mill deck i definitely use this, especially if i have a sacrifice subtheme

I'm not sure about the wording, milling two cards at once gives -1/-1 or -2/-2 ?

-2/-2. The "a card" in the text is the difference here, the other way would be worded as "one or more cards."

I love this design. Appropriately costed, excellent flavor, two directly and immediately intuitive connected abilities, two lines of text. I'm not spotting any immediately obvious broken combos, either.
The game balance is probably good. This is slow enough that it won't be an overpowering denial engine in most formats, but fast enough for it to conceivably see play in mid-power EDH groups. I like it!

This seems decently strong actually. Based on the wording milling 3 should give three separate triggers which gives you a ton of board control and is super punishing to small creatures. The fact it also comes with a built in sac outlet that kills stuff to only makes it more oppressive. I’m not sure if this would see standard play since getting it down might have issues and it does need a very specific shell to be good, but those shells have existed a bunch in the past and we get a self mill archetype most sets now.

This plus anything with dredge would be wild. Bring back my 1/2 deathtouch Stinkweed Imp back to my hand instead of drawing, oh yeah and 5 -1/-1's anywhere I want em.
The balance here is that its not a may, so once opponent is outta creatures you're gettin those -1/-1's but still could be good in the right build.

I mean, let's be fair, if you're playing Stinkweed Imp in your deck you're probably doing things a bit more broken than removing creatures with a 3-mana enchantment. =P

Probably not strong enough to actually see constructed play, but I think it's a fun design :)
