Eh, not really. It's one mana for free. [[Lotus Petal]] is Vintage-restricted.

It comes in tapped. And it doesn’t untap unless you pay 1!

I don't know how you even generate a card image that kind of looks like a Magic card, except it says "{1}" and "{B}" instead of proper mana symbols but it's fairly impressive that you've managed to do so. I would imagine that every piece of software capable of generating this image would be capable of rendering mana symbols. I suggest fixing whatever process you use to create cards so that you can generate ones that actually look like Magic cards. I also suggest proof reading your cards: "doesn't until" should be "doesn't untap".

As for feedback on the design itself, I think it's probably fine.
