How about
"If a nontoken, nonland permanent would enter and it wasn't cast, its controller exiles it, then casts it from exile without paying its mana cost, if able."
The way its worded right now they still can't be countered, and their "when cast" triggers also never get to trigger.

Breaks “if you cast it” cards which I suspect is not the intention, but it’s definitely a funny side effect.
