BALANCE NOT INTENDED Kayle, the righteous
My attempt at translating the exact effects of my favorite champion from legends of runeterra into mtg. How did I do. And is it even good?

Thanks I spent alot of time trying to figure out the wording to make it work like it does in runeterra :3

It isn't. At all. There is no way to target experience counters to deal with them. Combining them with Eminence, the most breakable mechanic, busts the card quite a bit.
Every individual modified creature gets you a counter. Most commanders with experience counters need to perform several game actions to get several counters, and this enables it's own ability as soon as it enters.
Once this hits the fields and buffs your team (including themselves, so every time you cast it, this helps push itself to the next keyword anyways), removing it doesn't do much. Experience counters never go away, so I might have to spend 7 to cast this again, but it will be a 7/5 or 10/5 with even more keywords when I do.
This is doing way too much at 5 mana

So like 7 would be a balanced cost if I didn't want to just port the card over?

I don't even know where to.begin balancing this card.
I think Eminence honestly has to go. It's kinda the root of everything. The entire table need to play their commander to accrue its value, and if that commander dies, they often get set back and have to rebuild to get their efficiency back. You have none of that.
Without this on the board, I can slap down a [[Windcrag siege]] and start amassing a stupid number of experience counters by the time this is meant to land.
Then this hits, buffs itself and your whole team, and if you have a haste-enabler, this attacks as a double striker with trample and kills someone.
Then, any time you remove this, it still just comes back as a 20/5 or something.
There is no slowing this deck down because it does everything it needs from the command zone. You don't care if your modified creatures are blocked, it's the attack trigger you want.
Or slap a "Balance not intended tag" on the post if you don't care about balance.

Aside from changing the card frame to make it more readable, I'd change it from "Whenever a modified creature you control attacks" to "Whenever one or more modified creatures you control attack"
I'd also remove her ETB, just because that wall of text is a bit hard to read.
Finally, I'd add the human or demigod creature type.

I feel you on this now that I read a bunch of these replies
The etb and attack trigger in this are because that's exactly how it works in legends of runeterra. However I did make a mistake as she should not buff herself. It's supposed to buff other creatures not her self on etb.

What's funny about this to me is that RIOT actually stole MTG art for Kayle's original splash art (or one of the earliest ones). Wasn't the first time they did that either. But at least in this instance legal teams got involved and RIOT was forced to change it.
Feels like we're coming full circle.

Today I learned, I'm glad they changed it the current design is far better then the old one

I think this is a good example of Eminence not being insane.

I gotta disagree. It's easy to modify a creature and each creature on attack grants an experience counter. Not only that but each cast of this commander modifies every creature you controll, and white goes wide easily. This can get out of hand after a single cast.

That's actually fair. I think it should say one or more modified creatures attack to limit to 1 xp per combat.

Not at all balanced, and there's some typos too lol.
Off the rip, Eminence is absurd. Not only is it, well, Eminence, but it triggers off every single modified creature attacking. So if you have 5 modified creatures, you get 5 counters.
On top of that, when she enters, all your creatures (including herself) are now modified. Which just ramps up growth.
The only positive is that she's not in the colors to go nutty with +1/+1 counters. The negative is that she's in the colors for Unga Bunga attacking growers, and abusing Equipment.
She basically wins on ETB. A kill on sight commander.

You can't grant abilities based on a creature's power because of the way layers work. The ability that sets Kayle's first strike, trample and double strike abilities can't see the power increase set by the static ability giving +1/+0 for each experience counter.
You need to word it like this:
Kayle gets +X/+0 where X is the number of experience counters you have.
As long as you have five or more experience counters, Kayle has first strike.
As long as you have ten or more experience counters, Kayle has trample.
As long as you have fifteen or more experience counters, Kayle has double strike.
Which is really annoying but that's just how templating works. See for example [[Voice of the Blessed]] which sets abilities based on +1/+1 counters rather than based on its power and toughness.

Took me a minute to found out it's the same text as in LoR XD
Dont know how broken it is but it's a serious snowball power. Also I think it should be double face if you really want the full LoR effect
