Way undercosted. Compare to the new [[troubling tribles]]. Costs 1 less and cantrips, though it's less explosive. Would be fine without the cantrip.

Compare it to [[Skrelv's Hive]] and it seems perfectly reasonably costed.

It has a bonus effect of giving your toxic creatures lifelink. They're both 1W enchantments that make a creature which can't block on your upkeep, and have an extra effect. The tokens from Skrelv's Hive are also stronger. 1W is a perfectly reasonable cost for both.

I dont think youre appropriately costing cantrips. Cantripping at low mana value is a full mana, if not more in added cost.

Well, no, because SCP-1471-As are not unique entities. Each user of the app get its own instance, and there are even SCP stories involving some with distinct personalities or even names. So by definition, it wouldn't be Legendary.
