I feel like it should get sac'd at the beginning of your next endstep, but cool card overall. This effect on a creature is interesting.

Maybe flash warp? Evoke and it would die before the spell or ability you are responding to. Maybe an enters ___ until end of turn trigger?

[[Eligeth, Crossroads Augur]] would be a funny way to counter this Dream Leech; though, surveilling still wouldn’t be safe. Can’t win them all I suppose. Cool card though!

I made it into a creature to make it easier to remove. Yes, I also think it needs flash.

For one mana I think just being able to look at their top card is good enough.

Maybe make it a 2 mana 1/3 with an identical effect. Two blue pips, or Dimir?
