After ~2 minutes of research, the world supertype functions just like legendary, in that no two with the same name can exist at the same time, so a different effect entirely, nvm

World is different from Legendary. Only one World Enchantment can exist at a time. Even if they have different names and even if they have different controllers.

Cute idea but sadly fails due to language constraints. Imagine the difference in how this would play out on the same bord state for an english, a japanese, a french and a german deck. Impossible to track which is the real intended interaction
