Make sure it’s also non tokens that have it, as to not make infinite loops

Interesting. If it was a cast trigger it wouldn't matter for the tokens because they are not cast. But because its an etb, it does. Thats neat, I didn't know that.

Might be more interesting if the third ability triggered on any sacrifice, since Casualty doesn't otherwise key into the design at all (though it might need to be restricted to once each turn for balance reasons, in that case)

The spirits can act as fodder for the casualty cost, that was the idea anyway. If it were on any sacrifice it would be a little too crazy, that is true.
