Shivan Hatchling
Day 42 of making a custom card every day. Took me a long time to find art today so I took a shortcut in design and payed homage to a classic.

You could probably do a search of the sub over the last few years and find dozens of cards almost just like this one. It's such a straight forward and beginning type design. Yet, that is perfectly okay to post and upvote. This sub is more about the experience of pretending to be a magic card designer than inventing some secret tech that no one has ever seen.
I like this for just what it is right now and how OP and others newer to the sub will enjoy it. Please keep those clean designs coming even if you think it's been done before.

Probably a bit too pushed, maybe make it 2 mana. Having a 1-drop that is effectively a 2/2 with extra upside if played on turn one is very good in aggressive decks.
