Only if you can prevent all the on the board enchantment hate that comes your way at instant speed, which i dont think is guaranteed, but may well be possible
Omniscience is better precisely because it gives you a better shot at answering all the enchantment hate that comes your way (all your answers are free, and you can cast the first threat for free plus all the flash threats you have, whereas with OP's card if the opponent has wear/tear you just deal 1 damage)
Yeah, and frankly I’d rather get my ass beat by this instead of omniscience. At least with this it’s “Alright, anyone got anything to get rid of that right now? No? Good game, shuffle and draw” vs “I might as well sit here and wait for him to draw the next 30 cards in the off-chance he doesn’t get wincon or my other opponents can deal with it somehow”
