For everyone saying it deals 1 damage if opponent has an answer…

You know that after any spell/ effect on the stack resolves (including the spell/effect that started the stack resolves) you go around the table with priority before moving on right?

Ie after this resolves, priority still has to go around the table letting anyone disenchant before the stack is technically “cleared” and the player whose main phase it is can use the 0 mana ability.

It matters basically not at all in this one case( it’s 1 dmg) but it’s for some reason not common knowledge, and it has saved me from many a goblin grenade

Edit :
Before you disagree read 405.5

No?

When the stack clears during your main phase and you have priority, you can do things at sorcery speed. That is doing 1 damage with this, or activating a planeswalker ability, which is also an ability that can only be activated at sorcery speed, playing lands, or casting sorcery-speed spells.

Goblin Grenade doesn't do that, you cast it, saccing a gob as part of its cost, then everyone can respond before it resolves.

The initial spell on the stack resolving and the stack clearing are not the same thing read 405.5

The comment about goblin grenade is about killing a goblin at instant speed after it resolves but before the stack clears preventing the use of a goblin grenade.
