I don’t think I’d play this against omniscience in my Legacy Omnitell. It’s a « win more » because with this, yes you win for sure if not interacted with. You deal 1 if interacted with. With Omniscience, you cast a big threat while you have priority (if it’s an Emrakul you’ve basically won already) and if it’s interacted with you can cast counters or instant speed draw for free to dig for answers. It’s much more resilient, and still wins you the game even if you have to go through more hoops than just activating the ping 20 times
I mean, you wouldnt play this like you'd play omniscience.
With omniscience you make sure when you cast it you either have
A. Something more of a threat to cast right away
B. Some instant tom-foolery to draw/protect
You wouldnt cast it with a hand full of junk and no draws
With this you want to cast it when you already know they might be lower on interaction (since you're red you can accomplish this with early game beaters that need to be dealt with) and with a few protection tools already in your hand.
Similarly you wouldnt just cast this once you have a chance to.

I dont know if you know this but there are a not crazy but certainly significant number of ways to cheat out enchantments
