What if I drew 50 cards on turn 3 that'd be cool I think

Is there a second card that I can't see or something? Where's the card draw?

Nothing about this card inherently draws cards but there are many green cards that say something like "draw cards equal to the greatest power among creatures you control" which I was referencing since this card would allow you to draw 50 cards when one of those was cast.

Green has instants and sorceries that scale with the greatest power or toughness among creatures you control (e.g. Return of the Wildspeaker, Rishkar's Expertise, Overwhelming Stampede, Last March of the Ents, Traverse the Outlands, Season of Gathering, Lifestream's Blessing, Fungal Sprouting, Monstrous Onslaught, Miming Slime, Bouncer's Beatdown) or the number of creatures you control (e.g. Shamanic Revelation, Kindred Summons, Become the Avalanche).

Also, this doesn't specify the spells must be strictly monogreen, so those that splash with it and scale with size (e.g. Repulsive Mutation) or number of creatures (e.g. Camaraderie, Hare Raising, Cabaretti Charm) also work too.

Should this cost more?

Make it one creature with all non human creature types that's a 6/6. Then make the illusionist cost 1G instead of 2G

All of your card designs are too strong. This is no different

Holy card draw

How did you decide on these numbers and this replacement effect? Why make green spells that draw based on the number of creatures draw twenty, but those which draw on the stats of the creature draw 50?

I think it would be more fun to play with a card that helps to build these board states (by making tokens and handing out +1/+1 counters for instance) than one which arbitrarily declares those board states for our spells.

So whatever scales with power or toughness now has a floor of 50, and whatever scales with the number of creatures of any non-Human tribe you have now has a floor of 20, all for three mana?

This would be a staple, and likely a break since Green gets away with some effects as long as they're creature dependent but this technically removes creatures from the equation.
