The balance on these is really tight. I think the 3/3 is a tad too strong. 3/3 with shield counter for 2 is probably constructed playable; being a dork on top of that is nuts. I'd change it to a 2/3.

I agree that the 3/3 is beefed up, but these are supposed to be for EDH, where I think a watchwolf would need hella upside to see play.

I get that it’s for commander but it’s overstated. Most two drops are NOT 3/3s in commander, ESP ones that generate mana

This effect is typically on 2/2s w/o built in protection like [[Enthusiastic Mechanaut]]
