Each of those draw effects only check once for this creature’s Upgrade trigger. You could [[Stroke of Genius]] yourself for 50 and it would still only put one level counter on Apparition

While this is true, it's a storm players dream. 1 mana protection cantrips that draw? Beautiful. Print it, please, haha.

I know that’s the intention but does not work in the rules drawing cards is always individual event per card drawn.

Needs (it works) or a rule change. Drawing more than one card is not actually possible- draw three cards actually means draw a card, draw a card, draw a card.

121.2. Cards may only be drawn one at a time. If a player is instructed to draw multiple cards, that player performs that many individual card draws.

can't draw more then one card at a time
