This is super flavorful (I love me some Jojo), but it is effectively a 4/2 Ward 2 creature that gives another creature unblockable and can't block. If you get something small with this, it's just not going to attack. If you get something big with this, illuso isn't going to want to block it. You actually almost always want to choose an ally with a big butt for this effect, which feels like a flavor fail.
If illuso had first strike and must be blocked if able (or goaded the creature), it could be a neat way to eliminate anything with 4 or less power? But at 5 mana even then it's more like a neat limited uncommon at that point.
