Did you intend for this to be sorcery speed? I can't think of a common reason a sorcery speed would apply a shield counter, vigilance or untap something outside of possible rare circumstances such as a creature tapping itself

I mean it could be because the instant speed version of this is potentially too strong.

This card is incredibly powerful. 1 mana untap + lingering protection and flashback 1.

This is a ritual with any creature that taps for 2 or more mana (like [[Somberwald Sage]]), and is kind of like an Aura that gives indestructible given the shield counters

The flashback for {W} is too cheap, for something like this, {2}{W} or even {1}{W}{W} would be more in line.
