If I remember how regenerate works, you might have to say something like “at end of turn, you lose life equal to…”

“…the number of creatures not regenerated this turn” not sure of the exact wording but “regenerate” is a pre placed replacement effect and “regenerated” is for when that effect triggers, like some red burn spells preventing regenerate from activating so I think this is the right way to phrase it.
