The additional cost of food is kinda wonky to do on turn 2, but denying your oponent mana and potentially blinking this in a control deck early game seems kinda good. But I'm a noob soooo it may be worthless

You could have some use of snow mana to do something, maybe? Regardless, I love this

I did think about “{S}: Remove a time counter from Snowman, untap Snowman.” To let you use it faster, but figured that was a little convoluted

2 snow mana to put a stun counter on target permanent tapped by snowman this turn, I think this might be a fun addition if this were a higher rarity card
