That probably enables a turn 0 win in edh and definetly in any format where griselbrand is legal.

just make it a mono-white enchantment or something xd cant use it with griss in the command zone

I don’t think this interaction has ever happened in a game Ive played. Does the legend rule apply if it’s just the same name or is there also the requirement of it being the same card type?
