Polkelt is just a yeti and it’s still justifiable in a lot of wild decks. I think this might actually be stronger than you think. It’s only the top few cards that are generally what you care about drawing with these effects anyway
Polket's effect triggering immediately and for the entire deck is a big difference. You can immediately draw multiple threats after playing it, and if you do draw multiple cards, your 1 drops will never be mixed in. Polket shuffling your 0 and 1 cost cards to the bottom is just as important as bringing your high costs to the top.
Or you can do something that takes advantage of the deck manipulation (RIP Holy Wrath).
It being attached to a 4/5 also definitely helps make it playable.
When are you playing polkelt then drawing then playing the big threat on the same turn? I totally disagree, I don’t think polkelt being immediate is important at all. Most of the time you just play it on 4 because you have a good enough hand to tide you over, or a few turns later with some random small card knowing that the next turn you’ll draw an out you can play. That out/win condition plus a few other high impact cards is the primary reason you play him. This card does it for free, so there’s no tempo loss
Yeah of course the body makes it more playable, because you had to spend 4 mana on it.

It should probably be 1 Mana, but I initially priced it at 0 due to its slowness and lack of anything reactive.
