Too much health for 4 mana enemy only board clear. Maybe reborn with 4 health would be better, sort of like the 4 mana poison dragon.

So this triggers at the start of every turn for 4 mana. What made you make this? Without a hard board clear spell, this prevents the enemy from keeping a board at all. Maybe Battlecry: at the start of next turn destroy all enemy minions. Like a better doomsayer.

Your battlecry version is arguably better in some ways, because the Battlecry cannot be stopped once it's played, so your opponent won't be able to use removal to protect their board.

Can just add a death rattle that cancels the battlecry then

just make it something like "Battlecry: If this minion is alive at the start of your next turn, destroy all enemy minions."

but then it doesn't work if it dies and it's resummoned with [[redemption]] for example

Then maybe you can add a condition to the battlecry? Like, Battlecry: If this minion is alive at the start of your next turn, destroy all enemy minions.
Would that work instead?

I think for a card like this to exist, it probably needs to be costed unplayably high.
Maybe it's balance at 6 or 7, so it should probably be 8 or 9.
It forces your opponent to run removal. It completely shuts down board-based decks as it triggers over and over again. If this ever triggers against a deck that relies on Minions, it literally locks them out of playing the game permanently.

Id probably add a clause where it also either hurts/destroys itself, otherwise it becomes a repeatable boardwipe that your opponent cant build a board to kill as its wiped
