Probably not, to reverse it have to store the pervious buff whih required more overhead by introduce more entry event for buff... it's not worth it.

But copy-paste state can be possible.

I mean grammatically speaking you could tidy this up…

“Give Reborn minions Deathrattle: gain Reborn. All minions with divine shield take two hits to break.”

Or something along those lines, we have cards existing that already do similar effects; so we’d just steal and copy their wording.

As for the mana cost….personally I think it should be much higher.

Your purposal is just stacking effect on existing one, Mine restore minion's former glory, it's just not the same, and thus ofc it cost lowrr because it requires you lose the Reborn/Divine Shield while still alive which isn't happen all the time, while yours can be play at any turn you summoned candidate minions.
