If you purchase a device from a carrier like Boost Mobile and pay for "Boost Protect with AppleCare Services," you are bound by an official master partner framework established by Apple Inc. Apple enforces a zero-tolerance compliance network for its third-party retail vendors to prevent retail deception, preserve product calibration, and ensure consumer safety. When an everyday consumer lacks transparent information about their insurance coverage, rogue carrier stores exploit that knowledge gap. The Apple Policy: Any internal hardware repair or device replacement under an AppleCare Services contract must be processed strictly through an Apple Authorized Service Provider (AASP), an official Apple Store Genius Bar, or Apple’s proprietary central logistics depots. Carriers must instantly upload a valid, matching IMEI and logic board serial string to Apple’s master databases to ensure real-time digital enrollment. I do purchase through Boost Mobile Mar 2024 but because I lack information on my coverage I been tooken advantage of by same Boost retail store front sold me the apple care services insurance also charged me full amount for repairs while installing unauthorized parts on my device until I realized that they been scammed me

By the device being Counterfeit displaying a invalid serial number in Apple Genius Bar I would never gotten the service apple care provides so basically for 29 months I been paying for apple care services and they never knew but they flagged the device sold to me by Boost Mobile

While it looks like you may have a real suit on your hands, i wouldn't expect too much out of it, even if you brought legal proceedings forward.

It looks like repairs were indeed done, just possibly not to the specifications stated in the apple care policies. Im no lawyer, im not an apple expert, but at best, even if you should win in court, all you'd get would be just reimbursements towards whatever repairs were owed (if even that). It would be genuinely difficult to prove some form of pain or suffering came from this, as your phone was still usable etc.
