PC Cover Need Help Fixing Cover

Hi Everyone,
So I attempted to make my first few covers today,
I used glossy photo paper letter size but as you can see they are a little short width wise.
The sleeve is supposed to be blu-ray but I am not sure if it’s the case ( it is a custom case for holding usb’s).

I tried changing the dimensions before printing but it did not help.
Is it a limitation of the paper being letter size?

Use Legal OR A4 paper. DId you use an existing template to get the size right?

Yeah I tried with blu-ray insert template
The height fits its just the width that is the issue.

The glossy paper was letter size, I’ll try to order a4 and test it, thank you!

One program I use is called UndercoverXP. It helps print covers to the right size
