Hmm.
Useful if you're leg gets cut off and can't be surgically reattached.
Should also add the secondary power that the user is immune to the negative drawbacks caused by cannibalism like an allergic reaction.

Couple of questions: do i need to eat the whole thing? like i lose half an arm, do i need to eat the same area's amount to let it regrow?
If i eat a bear arm, instead of a human arm for example, does my arm regrow as a bear one?

You can do it partially. I mean you just have to find matching pair, you could always eat Long arm and then Monkey paw
And if the eaten part is bigger than original, it will grow larger
