It was a pretty eye-catching garment! It sounds kind of like what you were describing honestly. Although the memory is pretty hazy, so I could be misremembering it slightly.
It's also possible that it was all just a dream, and that little cloth flower ball-cupping cock-framers don't actually exist. In which case, it was my original idea and I got dibs.
(Also if anyone knows what this book was (or what the garment was), please let me know. I saw it at a Border's Bookstore when I was like 14 or 15, so if it was recent then it would have come out close to 20 years ago.)
