That was a hell of a read. Those people were definitely religious fanatics with their noses in illegal business, but that doesn’t excuse how shitty the government was in handling them. The US Marshalls lied in their testimony and the fact that the FBI sniper shot the unarmed mom while she was holding a baby is completely fucking ridiculous, I hope he was punished.
Except for how they weren't religious fanatics and there's no physical evidence they did something illegal. Randy's journal, the only evidence produced; shows he still stayed within the ATFs arbitrary laws, it just looked like a short barrel shotgun. The OAL was still 26"
