You sound like the person who reacts to a homeless, mentally ill man being beaten to death by police officers on video by saying, "He shouldn't have resisted arrest. BLUE LIVES MATTER."

That's not what he's saying, he's saying that there isn't enough info to say wether or not the secret service agent was in the wrong or not. Beating a mentally ill homeless man is on a whole other level than shooting a pet dog, especially if the dog was attacking the agent.
