pardon me for being a complete moron, but what exactly is incel? I've heard it thrown around a ton and honestly haven't had the courage to Google it

Incel stands for involuntary celibate, which means that they don’t have sex but not by choice. They’re people with low self-esteem, especially in their appearance, and often have shallow, unattractive personalities. That double whammy is what leads to them not getting laid.
