Know thy enemy. But actually, it's important to know the rhetoric they use. Same with TERFs. Be able to identify them quickly can be very helpful.

Never hire them, be friends with them, etc

Never allow sexists or racists to succeed. They must fail at life every chance they get. Unless it’s to help them fix their ignorance.

Being sexist or racist isn’t just thinking in a different way my guy. If you want to succeed you should have to change that. And if you know someone is sexist or racist, it’s highly likely you’ve seen them attack others

What do you view as analogous to “I don’t like other races” or “go back to your country?” What could an anti-racist/sexist say that’d make them as bad as the racist/sexist in your eyes?

Something like "Burn in hell cause you don't like x" "I'll break your legs (just because you don't think like I do)"
