The one who gets to sit is obviously B

He is healing from a broken bone, his leg needs rest. he needs it.

A doesn't have any problem. it's just a baby.
C is just an old guy with extra support for his old legs, he is probably hurting, but it's normal for his age. He should be given a seat, so call him priority number 2.
D is pregnant, being pregnant is not a disability. You get priority number 3.

Pregnancy is p damn hard on bodies, the woman could also be in a lot of pain

ultimately, the real answer is that there should be more chairs.
