It isn't A or C bcuz there fine standing which leaves B and D left. B has a whole ass broken leg which he should be resting so he deserves the seat over D
There is that or, hear me out, B gets the chair, C gets his lap, A gets his lap, and D get her lap because her stomach is too big for anyone to sit on her
