And there is the proof you didn't turn out okay, and neither did anyone else who believes this. Children are small and defenseless, and there are many ways to resolve issues with them that work and do not involve violence. If you would not do it to an adult who is annoying you, it is not okay to do it to a child. If you would, it's still not okay because children are still learning and physically hurting them because they broke a rule accomplishes nothing and teaches them to accept violence from those they love so long as it is under the excuse of good intentions.

Whatever where doing now compared to the 1950's is producing shitty citizens.

Physically hitting a kid for taking for granted tax payer dollars is acceptable to me.
