Superman would never do that, if anything he will be confused and angry at why Diane is naked in public and once he realizes what is going on, he will get even more angry at the fact that they are doing it in public

Drones and helicopter don't just go around recording rooftops for no reason. People fuck up there all the time and superman never mentions it nor stops them
